Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sheen Official, we aim to deliver your favourite outfits safely and conveniently to your doorstep across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Charges

Our delivery charges are based on your order value:

  • Orders worth Rs. 3,500: Rs. 350 delivery charges.

  • Orders worth Rs. 4,000 or above: Rs. 400 delivery charges.

Delivery charges will be communicated or displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Government Taxes

Customers choosing Cash on Delivery (COD) should be aware that applicable government taxes or statutory deductions may apply to e-commerce transactions under Pakistan's tax regulations.

Any applicable tax will be charged or collected only where legally required and will be communicated clearly to the customer. These government taxes are separate from Sheen Official's product prices and delivery charges.

Sheen Official does not retain government taxes collected on behalf of the relevant authorities.

3. Advance Payment

Customers may choose to pay for their order in advance through the payment methods available at checkout.

Please note that advance payment does not automatically exempt a transaction from any applicable government taxes. Any tax treatment depends on the relevant laws and the payment method used.

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed after confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.

  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Please provide a correct delivery address and active contact number to avoid delivery issues.

5. Receiving Your Parcel

Please check your parcel upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and share your order number along with clear photos or videos.

For eligible complaints, please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
